30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Your return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Books must be unused and in their original condition.
Books must be free from writing, coloring, markings, stains, or damage.
All original pages and covers must be intact.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Important: Colored or Used Books

We do not accept returns on coloring books that have been partially or fully colored.

Any book containing colored pages, written markings, removed pages, or signs of use is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund.

This policy helps us maintain the quality of our products and ensures customers receive books in excellent condition.

This restriction does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photos of the issue, if available.

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: HueNest will cover necessary return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges: Nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or a refund is otherwise required by law.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Partially or fully colored coloring books
Books containing writing, markings, or completed activities
Books with torn, missing, or damaged pages
Books showing significant wear or use
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law
